With over 30 years of experience in the industry, our founder, Brian Mitchell, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Throughout his distinguished career, Brian has made significant contributions to the mortgage banking landscape. He is renowned for his role in launching three de novo retail channels for prominent companies in the field. First, he spearheaded the establishment of the retail channel for Pacific Union Financial, which later went on to be acquired by Mr. Cooper. Following that success, Brian took on the challenge of launching a retail channel for Cardinal Financial. Most recently, he led the creation of a retail channel for Sun West Mortgage Company.

Brian’s passion for the mortgage industry began in the early 1990s when he embarked on his career as a loan originator in The Woodlands, Texas. Starting in 1993, he quickly made a name for himself in the field. His dedication and exceptional performance led to a remarkable achievement when he was nominated and subsequently recognized as one of the top 20 originators in the country by FHLMC (Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation).
